Senvariq Live Translator is licensed, not sold. FREE, PRO, PRO+ AI, dictionary-pack and other entitlements are governed by applicable store terms, purchase terms, account status and Senvariq entitlement rules.

No guarantee of translation accuracy

Senvariq Live Translator is a communication-assistance product. Speech recognition, optical character recognition, language identification, machine translation, dictionary rules, contextual processing and AI-assisted translation can produce errors, omissions, delays, ambiguities, incorrect wording or incomplete results. Senvariq Technologies works to improve translation quality but does not guarantee that a translation, transcription, recognized sign, detected language, pronunciation, emergency phrase, parking interpretation or other generated result is accurate, complete, current, suitable or appropriate for a particular purpose.

Verify important information

Do not rely solely on Senvariq Live Translator for medical, emergency, legal, financial, immigration, law-enforcement, safety-critical, contractual, regulatory or other high-stakes decisions. When consequences may be significant, verify the original information and use a qualified human interpreter, translator, professional adviser, emergency service, public authority or other appropriate source.

Travel, parking and safety information

Emergency numbers, parking information, jurisdiction rules, travel-safety content and similar reference material are provided as communication and travel aids. Local laws, signs, temporary restrictions, emergency procedures, service availability and official guidance can change. The user remains responsible for observing the actual sign, law, instruction, environment and directions of competent authorities.

Third-party and device services

Some capabilities depend on Android, device manufacturers, speech services, downloadable language models, networks, app stores, cloud infrastructure or third-party AI providers. Availability, behavior, accuracy, latency and retention practices can therefore vary by device, region, configuration and provider.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Senvariq Technologies and its owners, affiliates, personnel, contractors, licensors and service providers are not liable for losses, damages, penalties, injuries, missed obligations, decisions or consequences arising from reliance solely on a translation or other generated result, or from service interruption, delay, incompatibility or unavailable features. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

User responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing translated or recognized content before acting on it, especially where a number, date, time, direction, dosage, amount, address, name, legal obligation, emergency instruction or parking restriction could materially affect the outcome.

Senvariq Data Packs and specialized content

Official Senvariq Data Packs are communication and travel aids. Dictionary, medical, emergency, legal, technical, parking, travel and other specialized content does not replace professional advice, official instructions or emergency services.

PRO+ AI

PRO+ AI is an online contextual-translation enhancement. It may depend on a validated Internet connection, verified entitlement/session and available gateway/provider capacity. When online AI is unavailable, Senvariq Live Translator may fall back to the applicable offline PRO translation path.

Marketing email consent

Marketing email subscription is optional and separate from your Senvariq account or plan. New website subscriptions require email confirmation. You may unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time without disabling necessary account, security or service communications.

Promotions, referrals and discounts

Promotional offers and referral benefits may be limited by product, plan, account, country / region, campaign dates, quantity, eligibility and applicable store rules. Discounts are never stackable: only one valid purchase discount or promotional pricing offer may be applied to a purchase. Offers may expire or reach a redemption limit and are revalidated at redemption. Referral rewards are issued only after a qualifying verified purchase and may be reversed when a qualifying transaction is refunded or reversed. Promotional credits and other non-price rewards are separate benefit classes and do not automatically combine with purchase discounts unless Senvariq explicitly states otherwise.

Updates

Senvariq may update these terms when the product, legal requirements, providers or commercial model changes. Material updates may require renewed acknowledgement in the application.
